SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages sent by Behavioral Blueprints LLC ("Behavioral Blueprints," "we") to people who agree to receive them through the Enterprise Value Index assessment.

The program

Program name: Behavioral Blueprints Updates. If you check the text message box on the assessment and give a mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Behavioral Blueprints LLC about your assessment results and advisory updates, such as follow-up on your score, scheduling, and behavioral health market updates. Consent is not a condition of any engagement or purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after it. To join again, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. See the Privacy Policy.

What not to send

Please do not send financial documents, patient records, protected health information or other confidential information by text message.
